Conference Policies

Group Discounts

Registration is discounted 10% for 2-5 registrations from a single company; 20% for 6+ registrations. All registrations must be arranged at the same time for the discount to apply. The first registration is FULL PRICE.

No Combined Discounts

Promotional and other discounts may NOT be combined. If multiple discounts apply to your registration, we will apply the largest single applicable discount to your registration fee.

Registration Fee

ALL Registration must be paid prior to the conference date. Company checks, American Express, Mastercard and VISA are accepted. Registration on site is at full price. No exceptions can be made.

Transfers and Substitutions

Transfers and substitutions are permissible at any time without penalty.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Up to October 1, upon written notice to us, you may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund. Cancellations received between October 2 and October 15 at 5:00pm EST will be refunded less a 25% service charge. Cancellations thereafter are not eligible for refunds. Registrants who do not attend and who do not cancel are liable for the full registration fee.
